But there are times when your brain gets overwhelmed and the path ahead gets clouded over. The thoughts keep circling, bringing up emotions, and soon you’re feeling stuck and confused. What to do next?

I get it. I’ve had times in my life when things felt unclear: when my first marriage fell apart, when people close to me struggled with addictions, when my job became “too much” for me to handle… the list goes on.

Of course, I can’t guarantee this method will work for you. What I can say without a doubt is that it has helped me through lots of challenging times.

Sure, I still slip into old habits, but less frequently and for shorter periods. And my life has improved dramatically over the last several years:

✨ I switched my overall perspective from judgment to compassion and curiosity.

✨ I ended a lifetime of unhealthy codependent relationships and am now happily married to a wonderful man.

✨ I went from feeling alone, like a victim of difficult circumstances, to knowing that I am truly blessed and constantly co-creating my life adventure with divine support.

Stop people-pleasing and over-functioning. Lighten up and feel free as you ditch the old misunderstanding of “responsibility” and start focusing on the life YOU would love.

Start prioritizing your joy. Get clarity about what brings you joy (and what doesn’t) and why your joy matters—so you can start loving your life NOW.

Identify and say goodbye to unhealthy patterns that no longer serve you. Free yourself from the past conditioning that has held your life hostage.

How often do we meet and when?
We gather each month for two (2) 60-minute Zoom calls. The schedule is flexible to adjust as new members join; currently, we are meeting on Mondays at 3:30pm Eastern USA.

Do I need to attend the sessions live?
Replays will be available, but to get the greatest impact from the Circle, I highly recommend being live in the Zoom room (on a laptop in a quiet space is ideal). That way you will be able to freely interact with me and the other members, to ask any questions and share your insights. We’d love to hear from you!  

Do I need to have any prior journaling experience?
Absolutely not! If writing intimidates you, no worries. In the Circle, we are not trying to create anything other than joy, greater awareness, compassion, connection, and expansion into your next level. When done with the intention of expanding your life, writing can provide new perspectives, uncovering beliefs and patterns that have been holding you back from the life you desire.

How does being in a group help? 
Sharing your stories and thoughts in a safe space that holds for your limitless possibility helps you step into your power. Allowing yourself to be seen for all you are is how you honor and love your soul unconditionally. That helps you discover and embody more of your authentic truth and create deeper connection with others. And isn’t that what we all truly desire? To feel safe and loved being fully ourselves? This is why it’s so important to practice being fully you in a safe space, a judgment-free limitless possibility zone, where you can feel free to express all your thoughts and feelings openly without any consequence other than your expansion.

I’m not a cheerleader; I’m a truth teller. I can’t tell you what to do, so I don’t pretend to know all the answers. Only you know what is best for you. I’m here to reflect back to you your wisdom, your courage, your strength. I can loan you my conviction until you feel it in yourself again, so you can take your next aligned steps from there.

One of the comments I have repeatedly heard is that I am good at holding a safe space for others. People share their stories, their secrets, with me, and they feel more peaceful and hopeful after doing so—because I listen without judgment, and I believe they are powerful and capable of their divinely given potential.

In the past, I offered 1-on-1 Soul Chats. They were a special type of conversation where I guided the individual to enter a sacred space of feeling unconditionally loved and supported. In that safe space, stories were vulnerably shared. Perspectives shifted, and opportunities appeared. 

These breakthroughs are enhanced by the group energy of The Soul-Love Circle. We heal more rapidly and embody our truth with more conviction in safe community.
