Claim Your Worth

You deserve to feel delicious being You.

Imagine a version of you who takes up space without apologizing, who says the true thing instead of the comfortable thing. She posts the dancing video, sings along with Lionel Richie in the grocery store, has the vulnerable conversation, leaves the job that sucks her soul dry—and she’s at peace with it all. Why? Because she’s being true to herself, and she knows she has the best of intentions for everyone. No worries, no guilt.

If that feels far away, like something you hope for “someday” when you’ve done more, once you’ve earned it, that's perfectly understandable. We've been conditioned to stay small.

Here’s the truth: You can’t earn worthiness. You already have it. All you need is to rediscover and practice it. Practice intentionally taking up space until that fullest authentic expression of you is who shows up in every room.

That, my friend, is freedom.

I want that freedom!

You may have a whole life inside you that nobody’s met yet—maybe not even you.

You’ve spent a long time being the one who manages everything and holds it together. The steady, dependable one. The one who edits yourself down to something comfortable for everyone else.

Don’t feel bad. Staying quiet is not a personality flaw. It’s a survival habit left over from when you needed it.

The good news? You can break that habit and claim the space the world has been holding open just for you. You have the power to create a life that feels delicious and fulfilling.

That’s why I created Expressed & Worthy.

Writing Your Way to Worthiness

Expressed & Worthy is a 4-week transformational experience for women who are ready to call in the deep, juicy life meant for them, the one where they can be fully themselves—which will allow them to create the beautiful impact they’d love to see in the world.

Through guided writing activities and nervous system support, you’ll get the emotional distance from your stories that allows you to observe them as a witness rather than being consumed by them.

Seeing your experiences from different perspectives gives you POWER. Sharing and being witnessed in your unvarnished truth gives you FREEDOM.

This isn’t a class explaining how to journal or write stories for others to read. You’re not here to feel accomplished by filling pages. This is a deep exploration of your stories and your possibility. You’re here to discover what happens when you devote time to yourself, get honest about the stories you’ve been telling, and let your authentic self be witnessed in a safe space.

Why Trust Me to Be Your Guide?

Yes, I have a master’s degree in writing. Yes, I’ve invested almost another 10 years and more than another degree’s tuition investing in my personal growth, reading the books and training with some of the world’s best life coaches.

But here’s the real reason: I’ve lived this journey. In fact, I’m now writing a book about it.

I’ve experienced the unexpressed life, feeling like the supporting actor, feeling worthy only when I was useful to someone else. I lived that life until I couldn’t bear it any longer. It was up to me to decide I had the right to just be myself, to focus on my life.

Little by little, I granted myself that right. I learned to give myself what I needed. I spent time getting to know Me. I found ways to share my thoughts and feelings, to acknowledge and fully participate in my own life—instead of revolving around others and hoping they could make me happy. My life changed dramatically… and continues to improve. The more I express myself authentically, the more I put my joy first, the better it gets. I feel the depth of my worthiness. My relationships deepen, and my impact grows. Most importantly, peace and joy are now my norm rather than the rare exception.

Expressed & Worthy is created from the organic process of my own transformation, informed by my education, and inspired by my current memoir-writing. This is how my life changed for the better. I’d love to be your guide, to make the process, now intentional, easier and quicker for you, so you can go ripple out all your amazing goodness to the world.

I trust you. Let’s go!

The Details, at a Glance

Is This For You?

This is for you if…

  • You love yourself enough to invest 12 hours over 4 weeks to activities that could significantly improve the rest of your life.
  • You believe your life is a precious gift, and you want to make the most of your time on the planet.
  • You’ve done some personal development work and know you can change your life, but there’s still something keeping you acting smaller than the superstar you are.
  • You’re open-minded and curious, willing to try new approaches to discover your unique life adventure.
  • You’re ready to stop shrinking yourself to keep others comfortable.

This is NOT for you if…

  • You don’t believe your remaining life years deserve 12 hours of your focused attention.
  • You’re drudging through life and have decided this is as good as it’s going to get.
  • You believe life just happens and you don’t have any control over your experience.
  • You want someone to tell you what is true, what to do, how to be. You aren’t interested in having a unique experience of life.
  • You want to stay in your comfort zone, even if that means not loving your life.
It's for me!

Frequently Asked Questions

How often do we meet and when?

Starting October 13, we’ll gather on Tuesdays at 1pm EST for a 90-minute Zoom call. We’ll have 4 live calls, on Oct. 13, 20, 27 and Nov. 3. Between calls, we’ll use WhatsApp to share and do a midweek check-in so that you feel supported in the week’s activities.

Do I need to attend the sessions live?

You’ll get the greatest impact from being with us live each week, so I highly recommend making it a priority to be in the Zoom room (on a laptop in a quiet space is ideal). That will enable you to participate fully in both sharing and witnessing. If life happens and you need to catch a replay, do it as soon as possible so you can do the assignment before the next call. The transformation occurs within the experience, so commit to the time. You’re worth it.

How much time should I expect to commit to this?

Everyone works at their own pace when it comes to writing, but including the Zoom calls and at-home writing, give yourself at least 3 hours each week. That's 90 minutes on Zoom and 90 minutes on your own. Way less than you probably spend on Netflix or scrolling socials.

What if I’m not a “good writer” or don’t like to write?

Usually when people say they don’t like writing, what they don’t like is being judged for it: for spelling, grammar, “correctness”… There is no judgment here, about your writing or your life. We’re using writing as a tool for excavating your stories and transforming your life. I like to say the worst place for your thoughts is in your head. The act of putting pen to paper gets all those ideas swirling around out of your body. From there, your truth and possibilities become a lot clearer.

How does being in a group help?

Many of us have been conditioned that it’s not safe to be fully ourselves. Sharing your stories and thoughts in a safe space helps you step into your power. Allowing your whole self to be seen is how you honor and love your soul unconditionally. That helps you discover and embody more of your authentic truth and create deeper connection with others. And isn’t that what we all truly desire? To be loved just for being ourselves? That’s why it’s so important to practice being fully you in a safe space, where you can feel free to express all your thoughts and feelings openly without any consequence, other than your expansion.
